Onley Grounds Open Day 2016!

Onley Grounds Farm is having an open day on Sunday 17th July, 11am to 4pm, and there will be a huge variety of activities and demonstrations throughout the day.

Onley Equine Vets will be holding 3 demonstrations throughout the day:

  • At 11.30am our vet Mike Sheldon will be doing a live dental demonstration in the clinic, showing what an oroscopic examination entails!
  • At 1.30pm vet Alice Sheldon will be in the main arena, talking about “Why should I get my horse vetted?” and demonstrating the different stages involved in a vetting!
  • Finally, at 2.30pm vet Matthew Cullen will be performing a live gastroscopy demonstration in our clinic.

Weedon Vets will be holding a fun Dog Show throughout the day out the front of our clinic and they will have also demonstrations by Guide Dogs for the Blind and Central Working Dog Group.

Onley Grounds Equestrian Centre will have a vast variety of activities and demonstrations throughout the day, ranging from showjumping, dressage and mounted games demonstrations, to arts and crafts, bouncy castles and slides, and an animal petting corner! And last but not least Onley Grounds Farm Shop and Butchery will be open and have a number of tastings available.

Entry is charged at £5 per car – we hope to see you all there!!
